As Quality Manager, you are primarily responsible for the maintenance and further development of our quality management system, which is certified in accordance with ISO9001 and AS9100. Your other tasks will include supporting the various departments in further optimizing their processes, assisting with internal and external audits and, in the long term, preparing for and implementing further certifications.
Your Future Role
You are the main contact person for all quality management-related topics within the company
Responsibility for the support, maintenance and further development of the quality management system
Supporting all departmens in the definition, documentation and optimization of processes
Preparation, support and follow-up of internal and external audits
Coordination and processing of supplier and customer complaints
Preparing the organization for implementation of additional certifications
Your Experience and Personality
University degree with technical background
Experience in the field of quality management and process optimization; Knowledge of AS9100 certification standard an advantage
Excellent quality awareness and diligence
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Visio
Very good written and spoken English
Independent, responsible and conscientious way of working
