Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the professional creation of the PCB layouts for our assemblies.
You will design our PCBs in close cooperation with our hardware developers who have designed the circuit diagrams. You will also be in contact with the PCB manufacturer and the assembler of our assemblies. Our layouts range from simple carrier designs to highly complex boards with up to 18 layers
Your Future Role
Creation of EMC-compliant PCB layouts in close cooperation with our hardware developers and taking into account the various manufacturing processes
Carrying out simulations e.g. SI/PIA
Create and edit 3D models, e.g. modeling of heat sinks and front panels with MCAD software
Maintenance and management of the component libary
Close cooperation with PCB suppliers and production to optimize layouts from a technical and economic point of view
Your Experience and Personality
Completed training with an electronics background or comparable qualification; alternatively completed technical studies
Experience with an ECAD program (ideally Zuken) and practical know-how in the design of printed circuit boards
Knowledge of relevant Industry standards
Excellent quality awareness and diligence
Very good written and spoken English
Independent, responsible and conscientious way of working
