RMA Handling

Note: TEWS TECHNOLOGIES works closely with its channel partners. For return authorization please contact this sales channel directly.

All material returns to TEWS TECHNOLOGIES requires an RMA number to improve our RMA handling.

Please use the email address RMA@tews.com for all RMA requests and status information about pending RMA's.

The following information are required for new RMA requests:

- part number, quantity, serial numbers

- reason for return

- detailed error description for repair units

We will approve and issue an RMA Number within one (1) working day.

Once the RMA Number is received, please promptly ship the product(s) to TEWS. The product has to be packed carefully in an anti-static package.

Please be advised that coating done by the customer has to be removed from the boards completely, before TEWS will accept the boards for repair.
